CESD score = 37/60 - will retake in a week, hope for lower score

Day one: 10/19/2009
Time woken up: 11 AM
Dosage: 3.5 mg
Time: 2 PM - 10 PM
Activity: Minimal, one outing for three hours, involved driving
Alertness: About the same, but did not feel alertness diminished late at night
Crying? - minimal
Any sign of blood pressure rise? - no, cannot take reading until monitor gets here - feel as though pressure is normal
Notes: Could not sleep until about 4 or 5 AM, napped from 2 PM until 4 PM - not exactly lethargic, but definitely sluggish

Day two: 10/20/2009
Time woken up: 10:30 AM
Dosage: 3.5 mg
Time: 12 PM - 8 PM
Activity: Minimal, one outing for less than an hour, driving involved, but closer than previous outing
Alertness: No noticeable change. Still fairly alert at 1 AM.
Crying? - medium levels, did receive bad financial news
Any sign of blood pressure rise - mild rise during crying about finances, did not feel any other symptoms, still waiting for monitor
Notes: Also stuffy and throat scratchy - do not currently believed is linked, as housemate has similar feelings
